Learning Disabilities Support
We deliver specialised care and support to individuals with a diagnosis of learning disabilities. Our dedicated teams are committed to promoting independence by helping individuals enhance their daily living skills, build meaningful relationships, and increase their self-confidence. We actively involve each person in their own care and support across both our residential services and supported living schemes.
Autism Support
We provide support to a wide range of individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, mild learning difficulties, limited or non-verbal communication, sensory processing challenges, and physical disabilities.
Our commitment to person-centred care, combined with a Positive Behaviour Support approach, ensures that every individual receives care tailored to their unique needs. Regardless of the type of learning disability, our dedicated teams focus on enhancing each person’s well-being and helping them lead active, fulfilling lives.
Complex Needs and Behaviours of Concern
We have significant experience of working with individuals who have complex needs with behaviours of concern. We use the term behaviour of concern generically as this seems the most appropriate way to develop empathy and concern for the individual's behaviour without making assumptions about what it is communicating.
